Tomato Mushroom Tofu Soup for Weight Loss

Ingredients:
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Small Handful of White Jade Mushrooms
  • 1 Block of Silken Tofu
  • 1 Egg (optional)
  • Salt to Taste
  • A Drizzle of Sesame Oil
  • Minced Green Onion for Garnish
Instructions:
  1. Prepare a cup of goji berry water to accompany the soup.
  2. Gather ingredients: white jade mushrooms, silken tofu, tomato, and egg.
  3. Sauté minced ginger, garlic, and green onions until fragrant.
  4. Add diced tomatoes and cook until a red broth forms. Season with salt and oyster sauce.
  5. First, boil the white jade mushrooms for 10 minutes, as silken tofu is delicate and should be added last to avoid breaking.
  6. Shake the egg, make a small hole, and swirl it into the soup for egg drop.
  7. Use half a block of tofu, half a tomato, and half a handful of mushrooms for a single serving.
  8. Garnish with green onions and a drop of sesame oil before serving.
  9. This lazy method creates nice egg flowers in the soup. Adding egg, tofu, and mushrooms makes it very fresh.
  10. White jade mushrooms are excellent for lung health in dry and cold winters.
  11. Silken tofu enhances metabolism.
