Vegetable Meatball Soup

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 300g ground meat
  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • 1 tbsp chicken sauce (e.g., Tai Tai Le Chicken Sauce)
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 section of lotus root
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all the required ingredients.
  2. Peel and dice the lotus root.
  3. Mix ground meat with soy sauce, chicken sauce, and sesame oil.
  4. Heat water in a pot to about 80 degrees Celsius and add the meatballs.
  5. Add a tablespoon of salt and chicken sauce, and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Add spinach and cook for an additional 30 seconds, then remove from heat.
  7. Enjoy your delicious and fragrant vegetable meatball soup.
