Vegetable Meatball Soup
Ingredients:
- 300g ground meat
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 1 tbsp chicken sauce (e.g., Tai Tai Le Chicken Sauce)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 section of lotus root
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions:
- Prepare all the required ingredients.
- Peel and dice the lotus root.
- Mix ground meat with soy sauce, chicken sauce, and sesame oil.
- Heat water in a pot to about 80 degrees Celsius and add the meatballs.
- Add a tablespoon of salt and chicken sauce, and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add spinach and cook for an additional 30 seconds, then remove from heat.
- Enjoy your delicious and fragrant vegetable meatball soup.
