Winter Melon and Pork Ribs Stew
Ingredients:
- 1 piece of winter melon
- 500 grams of pork ribs
- June Fresh braised soy sauce (a small amount)
- A few Sichuan peppercorns
- A small amount of peanut oil
- A few pieces of green onion
- A few slices of ginger
Instructions:
- Peel the winter melon and cut it into large pieces. Prepare fresh pork ribs and June Fresh braised soy sauce.
- Place the pork ribs in a pot of cold water, bring to a boil, and remove impurities. Remove and set aside.
- Heat peanut oil in a pot and sauté green onion, ginger, and Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant.
- Add the blanched pork ribs and stir-fry evenly. Add a suitable amount of June Fresh braised soy sauce for flavor and color, and stir well.
- Add enough boiling water to just cover the ribs, bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for about 35 minutes.
