Unlike most other immersion blenders, the All-Clad KZ750D features a variable speed control. Located on the front of the handle are two soft-touch buttons. The bottom is the power/pulse button, and the top is a turbo mode that gives an extra burst of power when needed.
All-Clad’s immersion blender combines ideal mixing performance with carefully designed details. Equipped with 600 W of power and variable speed, plus a Turbo function, it quickly and easily mixes all your soups, dips and more. Its robust stainless steel foot is easy to clean and enables you to reach exceptional mixing results.

The All-Clad’s motor has become so weak that it’ll barely even spin w/o using the turbo button. I think this was caused by a huge design flaw where fluids can travel all the way up the neck of the blender and pass into the motor compartment.
