This Crack Cake Recipe (Wine Cake) is so easy to make and is so moist that you’ll be addicted! Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a large Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together the cake mix, pudding mix, ¼ cup white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Add ½ cup white wine, vegetable oil, water, and eggs. Beat until well combined. Pour the mixture in the prepared Bundt pan and bake for one hour, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. When the cook time is up, remove the cake from the oven. Beat together the remaining ¼ cup white wine, 1 cup sugar, and melted butter.
Grease and flour a 10”bundt cake pan. (See our hints below for greasing the pan.) Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. For the glaze, melt the butter and sugar together in a small saucepan until the sugar crystals dissolve. Mix in the white wine.
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a bundt pan generously with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside. Add cake mix, vanilla pudding, sugars and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Add eggs, water, oil and wine and mix well until combined.
