Add flour mixture and milk mixture to creamed butter alternating the additions starting and ending with the flour mixture. Beat until ingredients are combined thoroughly. Pour into greased and floured 9“ cake pan.
Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda. Stir the dry ingredients into the condensed milk mixture until just combined. Pour the mixture into a lined 23cm spring form cake tin.
