  • Whole Chicken (within 3 pounds) - 1
  • Oyster Sauce - 10g
  • Dark Soy Sauce - 10g
  • Light Soy Sauce - 10g
  • Honey - 20g
  • Sea Salt - 5g
  • Black Pepper - 5g
  • Corn - 1 ear
  • Potatoes - 2
  • Pumpkin - 1
  • Butter - 15g
  • Apple - 1
Instructions:
  1. Mix oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, honey, sea salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Apply the mixture evenly inside and outside the chicken and marinate for 3 hours.
  2. Chop the corn, potatoes, and pumpkin into chunks. Mix Kiri® cream cheese with butter, salt, and black pepper. Combine with the chopped vegetables. Prepare a mixture of butter and honey for later use.
  3. Clean and chop the apple into pieces. Stuff it into the chicken, sealing the opening with toothpicks. Wrap the chicken wings and legs with cotton string to prevent burning.
  4. Preheat the oven to 130°C (266°F) and roast the chicken for 90 minutes, basting with the honey-butter mixture every 30 minutes.
  5. In the last 30 minutes, add the prepared vegetables to the roasting pan and continue cooking. Serve hot once done.
