Braised Shrimp in Chicken Sauce

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 350g Shrimp
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 small piece Ginger
  • A pinch of Pepper Powder
  • 1 spoon Cooking Wine
  • 1 spoon Tai Tai Le Chicken Sauce
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Finely chop the garlic and slice the ginger.
  3. Trim the shrimps, removing the sharp parts and the vein.
  4. Marinate the shrimps with a little cooking wine and pepper powder.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant.
  6. Add the shrimps and fry.
  7. Cook until the shrimps change color on both sides.
  8. Add Tai Tai Le Chicken Sauce and a little water.
  9. Braise for a while until the sauce thickens.
