Chicken Broth, Shrimp, Egg, and Chive Boxes

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1000g all-purpose flour
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 6 eggs
  • 1000g lantern red shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions:
  1. Place flour in a container and scald half of it with boiling water. Mix with chopsticks until even and let it cool down.
  2. Once the flour mixture is cool, add cool water to knead into a dough. Let it rest for about 20 minutes.
  3. Beat eggs in a container and set aside.
  4. Clean and finely chop the chives.
  5. Prepare the lantern red shrimp by patiently shelling and cleaning them.
  6. Mix the cleaned shrimp with the scrambled eggs.
  7. First mix the filling with cooking and sesame oil, then add salt and chicken broth.
  8. Mix all seasoning well into the filling.
  9. Divide the dough into equal portions, roll out into thin wrappers, add the filling in the center, and fold, sealing the edges.
  10. Continue until all the filling and dough are used.
  11. Heat oil in a pan and fry the boxes on high heat until golden brown.
  12. Flip and fry the other side until golden brown.
  13. Serve the Chicken Broth, Shrimp, Egg, and Chive Boxes hot and enjoy!
