Egg Stir-Fried Vermicelli


  • 3 eggs
  • Handmade fine vermicelli, as needed
  • Zhen Xian Mapo Tofu seasoning, as needed
  • Green onions, ginger, garlic, to taste
  • Small amount of chili pepper
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
