  • Honey: 1/2 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch: 10 grams
  • White Pepper Powder: 0.5 grams
  • Salt: 2 grams
  • Bell Peppers (various colors): 1/2 each
  • Onion: 1/2
Instructions:
  1. Thaw the Norwegian Arctic cod naturally, clean it, and use kitchen paper to dry the surface.
  2. Cut the cod into chunks.
  3. Marinate the cod with salt, white pepper powder, and cornstarch.
  4. Heat oil in a pan to medium heat, fry the fish until set, then increase the heat and fry again until crispy.
