Stir-Fried Cauliflower with Dried Tofu

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Half a head of cauliflower
  • 3 pieces of dried tofu (fragrant tofu)
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 10 grams of vegetable seed oil
  • 2 grams of salt
  • 5 grams of chicken essence (optional)
  • 5 grams of light soy sauce
  • 3 cloves of garlic
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients: Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and soak in saltwater. Clean and cut the dried tofu into small pieces.
  2. Heat a pan and add the vegetable seed oil. Once hot, add the garlic slices.
  3. Add the dried tofu and stir-fry quickly until evenly cooked.
  4. Add the cauliflower and continue to stir-fry quickly.
  5. Add a spoonful of light soy sauce and a spoonful of hot water, then stir-fry quickly. Simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
  6. Add a bit of chicken essence and stir-fry quickly until evenly mixed. Taste and adjust the seasoning with a little salt if needed.
  7. Once everything is well mixed and the cauliflower is tender, remove from heat and serve. The dish should be flavorful and the cauliflower crisp and tender.
