Classic Tomato and Egg Stir-Fry

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Egg (preferably free-range)
  • 2g Salt
  • Taotao Le Fresh Chicken Sauce (to taste)
  • Cooking Oil (as needed)
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 sprig Cilantro
Instructions:
  1. Peel the tomato and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Crack the egg into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and beat well.
  3. Finely chop the garlic and cilantro.
  4. Heat a pan with oil and pour in the beaten egg. Scramble until just cooked and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add a little more oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  6. Add the tomato pieces, stir-fry briefly, and season with salt.
  7. Squeeze in a suitable amount of Taotao Le Fresh Chicken Sauce and stir well.
  8. Return the scrambled egg to the pan and mix with the tomato.
  9. Sprinkle with cilantro and stir everything together.
  10. Transfer to a plate and serve.
