Homemade Marinated Salmon

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 3-5 slices Lemon
  • 2 Bird's Eye Chili
  • 1 piece Salmon
  • Premium Marinating Sauce (to taste)
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • A pinch of Mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Green Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all ingredients. Include lemon and mustard.
  2. Finely slice the onion and garlic. Chop the green onion, Bird's Eye Chili, and cilantro. Slice the lemon into small pieces.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl, adding a tablespoon of sesame seeds.
  4. Add the premium marinating sauce and let it soak for 5 minutes.
  5. Wash the salmon, squeeze lemon juice over it to marinate and remove fishiness.
  6. Slice the salmon into thin pieces.
  7. Mix gently with a bit of mustard for sterilization.
  8. Finally, place the marinated salmon in a dish, pour the prepared sauce over it, and let it marinate for 30 minutes before serving.
