Is the qp2-4.7g the same as the new relay?

The picture on the left is the original relay I had in my mini fridge. The item on the right is the new one that was shipped to me. The numbering is different. I had expected to receive qp2-4.7g because that’s what is shown in the pictures. But I received qp2-4r7. The numbering layout on the leads is also different if you compare the photos.
