What to Know About Hamilton Beach 10-Quart & 7-Quart Slow Cookers?

I recently purchased both sizes of the Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker (ad) and they are well-made and function perfectly. They are ideal for cooking larger cuts of meat or for big recipes. In fact, they can comfortably hold up to 4 lbs of meatballs. I wish I had bought three of these! However, I was a bit disappointed with the digital features. Unlike my previous cooker, I can’t set an exact time and see it count down. Since I’m often away for extended periods, I require a slow cooker that automatically switches to a ‘warm’ setting after cooking. Ideally, I’d love a 10qt digital crockpot.
