This No Bake Strawberry Cloud Cake is super quick and easy to make in under 10 minutes. Perfect for a quick 4th of July or Summer BBQ. In a 9×13 or similar sized dish line the bottom with the cloud cakes. Cover the cloud cakes with the strawberry glaze.
Instructions Line the base and sides of a 28cm spring form cake tin with baking paper. To make the base place the biscuits in a food processor and process until the biscuits form crumbs. Place egg whites, sugar, strawberries, lemon juice and vanilla seeds in the bowl of an electric mixer. Remove from the freezer and cut into wedges to serve.
