Beef Patty Burger Recipe

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 beef patties
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • Black pepper and sea salt, to taste
  • 4 slices of Marisou cheese
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 3 mushrooms
  • Condiment sauce, to taste
  • 1 block of butter
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients as shown in the picture.
  2. Slice the mushrooms and tomatoes, dice the onion, and marinate the beef patties with black pepper and sea salt for over 20 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, then cook each side of the beef patties for 3 minutes until golden brown (6-8 minutes in total).
  4. Sauté mushrooms, onions, butter, black pepper, and sea salt until cooked.
  5. Dry heat the hamburger buns in a pan for 15 seconds.
  6. Layer the burger with vegetables, tomatoes, beef patty, cheese, and mushroom slices. (Avoid placing tomatoes at the bottom or top layer to prevent the bun from getting soggy.) Recommended sauces: cheese sauce, mayonnaise, pickle sauce, mustard, ketchup.
  7. Optionally, cut the beef patties in half for a double-layer burger for a richer taste.
