Kumquat and Pear Soup

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Pear: 1
  • Dried Red Dates: 8 pieces
  • Kumquats: 8
  • Rock Sugar: to taste
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients. Scrub the pear and kumquats with coarse salt and rinse thoroughly.
  2. Remove the pits from the red dates and chop them into small pieces. Cut the pear into small chunks. Make two cuts on the top of each kumquat and add a few pieces of rock sugar.
  3. Add 1200ml of water and start cooking using the health pot's fruit tea mode.
  4. Enjoy the delicious soup.
  5. The originally sour kumquats will become less sour.
