Norwegian Arctic Cod Steamed with Smooth Egg

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Norwegian Arctic cod: 2 pieces
  • Eggs: 5
  • Green peas: 30g
  • Cooking wine: 1 teaspoon
  • Baby soy sauce: 45ml
  • Water: 1/4 cup
  • Ginger: 1 piece
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Crack eggs into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of cooking wine.
  3. Beat the eggs until smooth.
  4. Gradually add water to the beaten eggs, stirring continuously.
  5. Pour the egg mixture through a strainer into three separate bowls.
  6. Cover the bowls with plastic wrap and pierce holes in the wrap with a toothpick.
  7. Clean the cod and cut into small cubes, place on a plate, and sprinkle with shredded ginger.
  8. Preheat the steamer to 100°C with water in the tank.
  9. Steam the cod, eggs, and peas for 10 minutes.
  10. Place the steamed cod and peas on top of the steamed eggs.
  11. Drizzle baby soy sauce evenly over each dish while hot.
  12. Your dish is now ready to serve.
  13. Enjoy a close-up view of the dish.
