Three Delicacies Cabbage and Tofu Pot

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Cabbage heart, 1 piece
  • Soft tofu, 1 block
  • Shiitake mushrooms, 2 pieces
  • Eggs, 2
  • Green onions, a handful (chopped)
  • Chicken sauce (e.g., Tai Tai Le fresh chicken sauce), 1 pump
  • Salt, 2g
  • Ground pepper, 1g
  • Goji berries, a handful
  • Oil, for cooking
  • Water, 300ml
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Pan-fry the eggs until fully cooked.
  3. In an electric cooking pot, heat oil and sauté the green onions until fragrant.
  4. Add the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry briefly.
  5. Add 300ml of water and 1 pump of chicken sauce.
  6. Add the chopped cabbage and fried eggs, cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Gently add the soft tofu and cook for another 3 minutes.
  8. Season with 2g of salt, 1g of ground pepper, and a handful of goji berries. Stir well.
  9. Your warm and comforting pot is ready to serve.
