Celery Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 320g Ground Meat
  • 500g Celery
  • 1 Spoonful of "Tai Tai Le" Chicken Sauce
  • 1 Spoonful of "Tai Tai Le" Cooking Wine
  • 2 Spoonfuls of Soy Sauce
  • 2 Spoonfuls of Cooking Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 500g Dumpling Flour
  • 250g Water
Instructions:
  1. Wash and finely chop the celery.
  2. Finely chop the meat and place it in a bowl, adding chopped green onions and ginger.
  3. Add "Tai Tai Le" chicken sauce, cooking wine, other seasonings, and a proper amount of water. Mix well.
  4. Mix in the chopped celery until evenly distributed.
  5. Assemble the dumplings with the prepared filling.
  6. Enjoy your homemade celery dumplings!
