Chicken Broth Garlic Vermicelli with Baby Bok Choy

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Baby bok choy, 1 head
  • Garlic, 1 head
  • Vermicelli, 50g
  • Tai Tai Le fresh chicken broth, 2 tablespoons
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Chop the baby bok choy.
  3. Mince the garlic.
  4. Add Tai Tai Le fresh chicken broth.
  5. Cook the baby bok choy, remove from the water, and arrange on a plate.
  6. Place the soaked vermicelli on top.
  7. Mix chicken broth with minced garlic.
  8. Drizzle the mixture over the vermicelli and steam for 10 minutes.
  9. In a separate pot, add some water and Tai Tai Le fresh chicken broth to make a sauce.
  10. Remove the steamed baby bok choy and vermicelli and drizzle the sauce over it.
  11. Serve deliciously.
