Chicken Sauce Beef Rolls

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 400g Beef Rolls
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Chicken Sauce
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 3 sprigs Cilantro
  • White Sesame Seeds, to taste
Instructions:
  1. Slice the onion and carrot into strips and blanch them in boiling water. Set aside.
  2. Blanch the beef rolls in boiling water for 10 seconds until cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. Mix cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and oyster sauce to prepare the sauce.
  4. Heat oil and briefly fry star anise, Sichuan peppercorns, bay leaves, and chili.
  5. Add the prepared sauce to the pan, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and pour hot oil over them.
  6. Finally, add a few drops of fresh chicken sauce to enhance the flavor.
  7. Your Chicken Sauce Beef Rolls are ready to be served as a delicious appetizer or main dish.
