Chicken Sauce Mixed Sauce Noodles

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Chicken leg meat with skin (250g)
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Tiger skin peppers
  • 2 stalks of Coriander
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Chili pepper
  • 1 Green onion
  • 1 slice of Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Yellow bean paste
  • 3-5 grams Salt
  • 4-8 grams Master Kong Fresh Chicken Sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons Light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture.
  2. In a small bowl, mix 3-5g of salt, 1 tbsp of sugar, 4-8g of Master Kong Fresh Chicken Sauce, 2 tbsp of yellow bean paste, and 1 tbsp of light soy sauce. Stir well.
  3. Fry the fatty meat dices until the oil comes out.
  4. Fry until they turn slightly brown.
  5. Add lean meat dices and stir-fry.
  6. Add chopped green onion, ginger, garlic, chili, and tomato dices. Stir-fry again.
  7. After stir-frying and getting some sauce out, add diced tiger skin peppers and continue to stir-fry.
  8. Finally, pour the previously prepared sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Cook the noodles, serve, and enjoy!
