Cold Spinach Salad with Oyster Sauce

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 gram of white sesame seeds
  • 1 small chili
  • 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon of reduced-salt oyster sauce (brand: Tai Tai Le)
  • 2 tablespoons of mushroom-flavored fresh chicken sauce (brand: Tai Tai Le)
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Remove the roots of the spinach and wash thoroughly.
  3. Add the mushroom-flavored chicken sauce to cold water in a pot and mix well.
  4. Bring the water to a boil, then blanch the spinach.
  5. Once the spinach wilts, remove and drain.
  6. Cool the spinach in cold water, then squeeze out the excess water and chop lightly.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  8. Add reduced-salt oyster sauce and stir well until the mixture becomes thick.
  9. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
  10. Pour the oyster sauce and garlic mixture onto a plate and add the small chili.
  11. Mix the spinach well with the sauce and serve.
  12. Enjoy your delicious and crunchy cold spinach salad with oyster sauce!
