Cumin Beef with Onion Recipe

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 g Salt
  • Cumin Powder, to taste
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2-3 Small Hot Peppers
  • 30 ml Cooking Oil
Instructions:
  1. Slice the beef and marinate with minced garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, cumin powder, dark soy sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the beef until cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. Stir-fry the onion strips and hot peppers until fragrant.
  4. Add the beef back into the pan, along with chili powder and additional cumin powder.
  5. Stir-fry everything until evenly mixed and remove from heat.
  6. Enjoy the tender, flavorful beef with the aromatic onions!
