Homemade Curry Chicken Cubes Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1 deboned chicken thigh
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • 3 curry blocks
  • Appropriate amount of cooking wine (Taotao Le brand)
  • A little chicken broth (Taotao Le brand)
  • Enough water for cooking
  • 1 onion
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Cut the chicken thigh into cubes and marinate with cooking wine.
  3. Add a spoonful of salt to the chicken and mix well. Leave it to marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices, and stir-fry the chicken cubes until they change color.
  5. Add onion, carrot, and potato cubes. Stir-fry evenly.
  6. Add water and curry blocks. Cook until all ingredients are tender.
  7. Before taking off the heat, add a little chicken broth for enhanced flavor.
  8. Serve hot.
