Dry Pot Cauliflower

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Cauliflower: 500g
  • Dry red chilies: 3 pieces
  • Sichuan peppercorns: 10 grains
  • Garlic: 4 cloves
  • Onion: a suitable amount
  • Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Juice: a suitable amount
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients. Soak the cauliflower in salt water, then drain it without blanching.
  2. Heat oil and sauté onions, garlic, dry chilies, and Sichuan peppercorns.
  3. Add the cauliflower and stir-fry, seasoning with a bit of salt and soy sauce.
  4. Add Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Juice and stir-fry until the cauliflower is cooked but still crisp.
  5. Serve and enjoy! It's fragrant and spicy.
