Egg Yolk Baked Cauliflower

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 400g Cauliflower
  • 3 Egg Yolks
  • Suitable amount of "Tai Tai Le" Fresh Chicken Juice Seasoning
  • A bit of White Wine
  • Salt (to taste)
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Mix the egg yolks with a few drops of white wine, microwave for 40 seconds, then crush them.
  3. Break the cauliflower into small pieces and boil for 1-2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, add the egg yolks and stir-fry until they start to bubble.
  5. Add the cauliflower to the pan.
  6. Continue stir-frying.
  7. Add a suitable amount of "Tai Tai Le" Fresh Chicken Juice Seasoning. Add salt if desired for a stronger taste.
  8. Stir-fry until everything is evenly mixed, then turn off the heat and remove the pan.
  9. Ready to serve.
