Garlic Chicken Breast Slices

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 200g Chicken Breast
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Parsley Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt
  • Black Pepper Powder, to taste
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Wine
  • 1 clove of Garlic
Instructions:
  1. Cut the chicken breast into strips and mince the garlic.
  2. Combine cooking wine, parsley garlic salt, soy sauce, black pepper powder, and cornstarch with the chicken. Mix well.
  3. Add oil to the mixture.
  4. Season with black pepper powder and parsley garlic salt.
  5. Add cornstarch and mix well. Marinate for 20 minutes.
  6. Place in an air fryer and spread evenly. Cook at 180°C for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
