Marinated Freshwater Shrimp: A Simple Home Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Freshwater shrimp, 250g
  • Selected marinating sauce, 150g
  • Garlic, 2 cloves
  • Ginger, 5 slices
  • Bird's eye chili, 2
  • High-proof liquor, as needed
Instructions:
  1. Rinse the shrimp thoroughly and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Pour high-proof liquor over the shrimp, ensuring they are fully submerged. After 20 minutes, discard the liquor and rinse the shrimp with water to remove the alcohol flavor.
  3. Prepare a suitable sealed container. Slice the ginger and garlic, and cut the bird's eye chilis.
  4. Add the selected marinating sauce to the container, ensuring the shrimp are fully immersed. Seal and refrigerate.
  5. After refrigerating for 24 hours, remove the shrimp and place them on a serving dish.
