Norwegian Arctic Cod Vegetable Seaweed Rice Balls

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 200g Norwegian Arctic Cod
  • 1 bowl of Rice
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking Wine
  • A handful of Seaweed Crispy Meat Floss
  • 10g Sushi Soy Sauce
  • 5g Olive Oil
  • Half a Carrot
  • Salad Dressing, to taste
Instructions:
  1. Defrost and clean the Norwegian Arctic Cod.
  2. Marinate the cod with sea salt, black pepper, and cooking wine for 15 minutes.
  3. Shred the carrot and prepare the seaweed crispy meat floss.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the marinated cod until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Place shredded carrots in a bowl.
  6. Add an appropriate amount of seaweed crispy meat floss.
  7. Add the cod, broken into pieces.
  8. Add a small bowl of rice.
  9. Stir in sushi soy sauce and a spoonful of salad dressing, mixing well.
  10. Shape into kid-friendly forms. The nutritious and delicious taste of Norwegian Arctic Cod is a favorite among children.
