Shrimp with Three Dices (Shrimp Hui San Ding)
Ingredients:
Shrimp, 100g
Lotus root, half
Flower mushrooms, 6 pieces
Wood ear mushrooms, 10 pieces
Green bell pepper, half
Spring onions, ginger, garlic, appropriate amount
Cornstarch, salt, white pepper powder, Tai Tai Le cooking wine for marinating
Tai Tai Le fresh chicken sauce, water
Instructions:
Clean the shrimp and drain. Marinate with cornstarch, salt, white pepper powder, and Tai Tai Le cooking wine for 15 minutes.
Dice the lotus root. Cut the flower and wood ear mushrooms into small pieces.
Prepare spring onions, ginger, and garlic.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry ginger until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until they change color. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, stir-fry spring onions and garlic. Add lotus root dices, wood ear, and flower mushrooms. Stir-fry.
Add Tai Tai Le fresh chicken sauce and a small amount of water. Cover and simmer on medium-low heat for 5 minutes to infuse flavors.
Uncover, add back the shrimp, and stir-fry until evenly mixed.
