Spicy Cabbage and Zucchini Stir-Fry

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 Potato
  • 150g Spicy Cabbage (Korean kimchi)
  • 1/2 Zucchini
  • 2 cloves Garlic
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients: Spicy cabbage, potato, zucchini, and garlic.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add the spicy cabbage and stir-fry, then add potato slices with a little water to prevent sticking.
  3. Add zucchini slices, season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and stir-fry for a while. Remove from heat when done.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
