Stir-Fried Carrot Shreds with Bean Curd Sheets

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 piece of bean curd sheet (千张)
  • 1 carrot
  • Salt, to taste
  • Green onions, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • Chicken essence (optional), to taste
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the green onions until fragrant.
