Tomato Fried Rice

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 bowl of rice
  • 1 tomato
  • Green onions and ginger, to taste
  • 50g sweet corn kernels
  • 1 tablespoon of Tai Tai Le original flavor fresh soy sauce
  • 1 ham sausage
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small onion
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Hollow out the tomato to create a bowl shape.
  3. In a hot pan, fry the onion, corn kernels, and ham sausage.
  4. Add the tomato and fry.
  5. Fry until fragrant and the tomato releases its juice.
  6. Add the rice and fry.
  7. Add 1 tablespoon of Tai Tai Le original flavor soy sauce and mix well.
  8. Place the fried rice in the hollowed-out tomato bowl to serve.
