A luxurious spaghetti pasta cake recipe that pairs handmade meatballs with a decadent tomato sauce. Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, tablespoons of grated Parmigiano, egg, bread cubes, garlic powder, parsley, and oregano to get a homogeneous mixture.
Heat the vegetable oil in an 8″ skillet over medium heat. Add the spaghetti mixture and press down with a spatula. Cook, until browned, about 5 minutes per side, carefully flipping the whole spaghetti cake with a spatula.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs. Add ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and 1 cup spaghetti sauce; mix well. Add sausage mixture and spaghetti, and toss until evenly coated. Spoon evenly into pan and top with remaining 1 cup spaghetti sauce.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Rinse with cold water, and drain. Combine Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, oregano, salt, pepper and eggs in a big mixing bowl. Pour in the beaten eggs and toss the whole thing together until the spagetti is well coated.
