Ingredients

Flour
Baking soda
Salt
Softened butter
Sugars (granulated and brown)
Egg

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugars together using an electric mixer on medium speed, or mix with a spoon for about 1 minute, or until fluffy. Scrape the side of the bowl occasionally.
