This Blueberry Mug Cake is a gorgeously fluffy fruity cake bursting with fresh blueberries. It makes a great breakfast, or afternoon snack. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl, except blueberries to it, and whisk well.
Combine flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and baking powder in a large mug. Add milk and oil; mix batter well with a fork or a small whisk. Carefully fold in blueberries so they are completely covered with batter.
Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a small mixing bowl. Set aside. Add the milk, melted butter, vanilla and stir until all ingredients are just wet. Fold in the blueberries and transfer to your favorite large mug. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or sparkling sugar. Microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. ENJOY!!
