Dole Whip Cake – layers of light and fluffy pineapple cake, pineapple curd, and pineapple buttercream. Enjoying every bit of summer, especially with my new Dole Whip Cake to indulge in!
This sweet, frosty fruit treat is the perfect dessert to cool off on a hot summer day. If you can’t go to Disneyland and get a Dole Whip, you can easily make it at home! This luscious, creamy treat is a summer favorite, but can be enjoyed all year when your sweet tooth comes calling, because the recipe uses frozen pineapple. What is Dole Whip?
Last week, the theme parks sent out a link to Disneyland app users that led to a recipe for how to make its popular Dole Whip pineapple frozen treat, a soft-serve wonder made with pineapple, pineapple juice and ice cream. Curiously, Dole has also published a DIY Dole Whip recipe, which is a tiny bit different, and can be found here.
