Low-Calorie Tomato Egg Buckwheat Noodles

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • 1 Egg
  • 60g Buckwheat Noodles
Instructions:
  1. Score a cross on the tomato, roast it lightly to peel, and then dice.
  2. Sauté chopped green onions and minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add diced tomatoes with a pinch of salt and soy sauce, and cook on low heat until it forms a thick sauce.
  4. Pour in enough water and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the buckwheat noodles.
  6. Pour in the beaten egg and cook until set.
  7. Once ready, serve and optionally sprinkle some fresh cilantro to taste.
