Mutton Chop and Radish Soup: A Hearty Homestyle Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 700g Mutton Chops (Rib)
  • 900g White Radish
  • 6g Salt
  • 1500g Cold Water
  • 1 Pinch of Chopped Green Onions
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Chop the mutton chops into large pieces, soak in cold water for 10 minutes, then rinse to remove blood.
  3. Peel and cut the white radish into large chunks.
  4. Place the mutton chops and cold water in a pot. Bring to a boil over high heat, skimming off any foam. This should take about 3 minutes. After skimming, add salt, cover, and pressure cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Release the pressure, add radish chunks, and pressure cook for another 20 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped green onions for added flavor.
