Bean, Tofu, and Pork Stew

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 500g pork belly
  • Flour, as needed
  • Soy sauce, as needed
  • 1 spoon oyster sauce
  • 20g rock sugar
  • 1 spoon yellow bean sauce
  • Green onions, as needed
  • 1 block of tofu
  • 500g green beans
Instructions:
  1. Mix pork with flour and knead well.
  2. Wash the pork thoroughly.
  3. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and yellow bean sauce to the pork.
  4. Stir-fry to create a caramelized sugar color.
  5. Mix well and place in a pressure cooker, add water to cover the meat, and cook until tender.
  6. Place tofu and half-cooked green beans in a clay pot.
  7. Add the stewed pork to the tofu and green beans and continue to stew.
  8. (Optional) Taste a piece to ensure deliciousness.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
