Chicken Broth Pork Ribs Soup

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 300g pork ribs
  • 1 loofah
  • 150g cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons cooking wine
  • 15 Sichuan peppercorns
  • 2g salt
  • 15g Tai Tai Le Chicken Essence Seasoning
Instructions:
  1. Peel the loofah and cut it into thick slices; cut the cauliflower into chunks.
  2. In a pot, add cooking wine, water, and pork ribs. Bring to a boil and cook for three minutes.
  3. Change the water in the pot.
  4. Add Sichuan peppercorns, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 25 minutes.
  5. Add loofah and cauliflower to the pork ribs soup.
  6. Add salt and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Finally, add the Tai Tai Le Chicken Essence Seasoning and stir well.
  8. Enjoy the delicious soup, which is so good that even the broth can be drunk clean.
