Homemade Chicken Juice Spicy Mix

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 small broccoli floret
  • 1 potato
  • 6 prawns
  • 100g fish balls
  • 2 sheets of tofu skin
  • 1 packet of hot pot powder
  • 10 tofu skewers
  • 2 tablespoons sesame paste
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 4 tablespoons aged vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Tai Tai Le fresh chicken juice
  • A pinch of sugar
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 green onion
  • 10g white sesame seeds
Instructions:
  1. Soak the tofu skewers in water to soften them.
  2. Break the broccoli into small florets and soak in salt water.
  3. Boil water in a pot.
  4. Add fish balls, potato, and hot pot powder, starting with the ingredients that take longer to cook.
  5. Once cooked, remove these ingredients and continue cooking the remaining items.
  6. After all ingredients are cooked, remove them from the pot.
  7. Prepare the sauce by mincing garlic and chopping green onions.
  8. Add white sesame seeds and pour hot oil over them to release the fragrance.
  9. Combine aged vinegar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
  10. Add Tai Tai Le fresh chicken juice.
  11. Add two spoons of sesame paste and mix well.
  12. Pour the sauce over the cooked ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  13. Garnish with green onion and white sesame seeds.
  14. Your delicious Chicken Juice Spicy Mix is ready to serve!
