Chicken Sauce Baby Cabbage

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 Baby Cabbage
  • Appropriate amount of chicken sauce seasoning (e.g., Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Juice Seasoning)
  • 5 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Green Onion
  • Appropriate amount of Water
  • Appropriate amount of Goji Berries
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Finely chop the garlic and green onion.
  3. Cut the root off the baby cabbage, wash, and break into pieces.
  4. Divide each leaf of the baby cabbage into two equal parts.
  5. Boil water in a pot and blanch the baby cabbage until cooked.
  6. While boiling the cabbage, wash and soak the goji berries.
  7. In a separate pot, heat some oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  8. Add water and chicken sauce seasoning to the pot, stirring well.
  9. Add the soaked goji berries and bring the chicken sauce to a boil.
  10. Once the baby cabbage is blanched, remove and place on a plate.
  11. Pour the prepared chicken sauce over the baby cabbage, and it's ready to serve.
