Garlic Vermicelli Baby Bok Choy

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Baby bok choy, 1 head
  • Vermicelli, 1 bunch
  • Garlic, 1 head
  • Salt, to taste
  • Soy sauce, 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken bouillon (e.g., Totole), 1 tablespoon
  • Bird's eye chili or similar, 3 pieces
Instructions:
  1. Cut the baby bok choy vertically into eight sections.
  2. Boil water in a pot and blanch the bok choy for half a minute.
  3. Arrange the blanched bok choy on a plate, place the soaked vermicelli on top, and prepare minced garlic and other seasonings.
  4. Fry half of the minced garlic and chili until fragrant.
  5. Mix the fried and raw garlic together and add the indicated seasonings, mixing well.
  6. Pour the mixed seasonings over the vermicelli.
  7. Steam everything for about 8 minutes and then serve, enjoying the delightful flavor!
