Pomegranate Jelly

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 500ml boiling water
  • 0-10g sugar
  • 50g agar-agar powder
  • 1/4 pomegranate
Instructions:
  1. Mix 500ml boiling water, 0-10g sugar, and 50g agar-agar powder in a pot. Stir well and bring to a boil.
  2. Place pomegranate seeds in a rabbit-shaped mold (or any mold).
  3. Let the agar mixture cool to about 70 degrees Celsius, then pour it into the mold.
  4. Let it set at room temperature for at least half an hour until solidified.
  5. Once solidified, remove the jelly from the mold.
  6. Enjoy your clear, bouncy, and delicious pomegranate jelly.
