Potato, Carrot, and Chicken Stew

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 400g Chicken chunks
  • 1 Potato
  • 1 Carrot
  • 6 slices Ginger
  • Appropriate amount of dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • Appropriate amount of salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients as shown. Soak the chicken chunks in water to remove blood, then clean and set aside.
  2. Blanch the chicken chunks in cold water with ginger and cooking wine to remove any gamey taste.
  3. Place the chicken in a pressure cooker, adding an appropriate amount of ginger and green onion.
  4. Add light soy sauce for seasoning.
  5. Add oyster sauce for additional flavor.
  6. Add dark soy sauce for seasoning and color.
  7. Add a tablespoon of sugar for taste.
  8. Add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, then stew in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
  9. Transfer to a wok, add carrots and potatoes, and continue stewing until all ingredients are thoroughly cooked.
  10. Serve on a plate.
  11. The chicken should be tender, flavorful, and rich in nutrition.
  12. The potatoes should be soft, savory, and very tasty.
  13. Show the final dish.
